As we work to put this new process in place, we've suspended in-person tutorails temporarily. If you have questions about the process, please call the BCAT Media Center at 718-935-1111 x221 and we'll be happy to tell you about it.

When the in-person tutorial resume, they will address ingesting files using DVDs and USB storage devices.
