Online Tutorials

We've created these on-line tutorials so our community producers can familiarize themselves with the process of ingesting files into our digital system. Please use these online tutorials as often as needed. If you still have questions about the process, attend one of our scheduled in-person tutorials.

To ingest using DVDs.**PLEASE NOTE: our Automated System will not take .avi file formats as seen in the tutorial. Learn more about file formats accepted.Also, the naming convention for episode folders has changed. You will now see episode folders listed as "ch1_my_show_mon_1". This file reflects the channel your program appears on ("ch1"), the name of your show ("my_show"), the day your show airs ("mon"), and the week in airs within our Program quarter ("1").
