The BCAT TV Network is available streaming online. Simply choose the channel you would like to watch and a player will appear. The Brooklyn Free Speech TV programs you stream are sponsored by members of your community who are responsible for all program content.

Brooklyn Independent Television airs on BCAT TV Network Channel 3 from 12–3:30pm & 8–11:30pm. 


BCAT TV Network cablecasts in Brooklyn on Time Warner channels 34–35 & 56–57, Cablevision channels 67–70, RCN channels 82–85 and Verizon channels 42–45. Each program in our schedule will have the channels listed for all cable systems.

BCAT TV Network starts every day at 9:00am. Brooklyn Free Speech TV, Brooklyn Independent Television and Brooklyn Bulletin Board are all program initiatives of BRIC Arts |Media |Bklyn.
