To honor the anniversary of the largest battle in the Revolutionary War, Brooklyn Independent Television is pleased to present The Battle of Brooklyn Remembered. This BIT Special consists of a screening of the historical short film The Brave Man, an interview with local historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Edwin Burrows as well as a viewing of “Brooklyn & The Revolutionary War: Building an American Identity,” part one of the three part BIT produced, student created historical documentary Reveal the Real: Kids Uncover the History of Brooklyn.
