With BCAT/Brooklyn Community Access Television, the Gallery will present a month of activities to introduce artists, students and the general public to the creative use and potential of multimedia computer technology and the internet. The program will be guest curated by Laura Trippi, and in addition to an installation by Jeffery Schulz, activities will include demonstrations, meet-the-artist programs, career days and seminars addressing issues such as access, censorship and copyright. Talks and workshops will be lead by Ada’web, Artists Talk on Art, Artnetweb, Echo, The Thing, Word, Laura Kurgan, and Omar Wasow.
