Celebrating their long-awaited album Strangers To Ourselves, Celebrate Brooklyn! '02 alums Modest Mouse will once again flood the Bandshell with their distinctive indie rock.

Beginning in the Northwest in the mid-90s, the band rode the new wave of indie rock into the early oughts and crested with their commercial Grammy-nominated hit "Float On" in 2004. Their next few releases and the rise of the Internet in music promotion, continued to earn them a loyal school of followers, including an active fan message board that was also rumored to have made a few love connections. (Okay, it's not a rumor. I know two friends that met on the board, fell in love and are now married!)

But enough about L-O-V-E. Modest Mouse is back on the scene after eight years and you can expect the same dark-yet-danceable tunes you grew to love (there's that word again!) in your early years. So don your hoodies and lace up your all-stars and join us for an unforgettable night #AtTheBandshell.
