The Ultimate Battle of the Boroughs brings together undiscovered bands from all over New York City to face off in a spirited competition of performing prowess and musical talent. Brown Rice Family, a roots jam band with global sounds, did Brooklyn proud this year by taking home first place for their dynamic performances. Along with bragging rights, they were given the opportunity to perform to a packed house at the Jerome L. Greene Performance Space, and we were there to capture it for all of Brooklyn to see. We’re happy to celebrate Brooklyn’s own Brown Rice Family with our BIT holiday special from BRIC Media Content Partner WNYC | WQXR.

Venue Information:

The BRIC TV Studio is a state-of-the-art, glass-walled TV studio located inside BRIC House.

Beginning Nov. 1, 2022, attendees of any BRIC House programming will no longer have to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to enter the building. Masks are encouraged but not required in all BRIC operated spaces. If you have questions regarding this protocol, please email Safety@bricartsmedia.org.
