BRIC seeks a qualified Front of House Manager to create an excellent attendee experience, to prep the site for each performance, ensure smooth operation of entrances/exits, and handling of audience concerns.
BRIC seeks a part-time hands-on Site Coordinator who will report to the Operations Manager, ensuring that the site is prepped, cleaned and restored before and after each performance.
BRIC seeks a Part-Time Seasonal Marketing Associate who will work on-site at the Lena Horne Bandshell in Prospect Park, during the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! season (May - August, 2024). This individual’s primary responsibility will be to support BRIC’s marketing team at every 2024 BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! concert by administering audience surveys to festival-goers and supporting our Social Media Consultant with capturing content for social media. This person will also assist with other Marketing Department administrative needs related to BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! or other BRIC programming outside of scheduled show hours. The associate should have experience interacting with the public and be comfortable serving as an ambassador of BRIC and the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! experience.
BRIC seeks a part time Public Safety Officer to oversee safety and enforce rules in BRIC House, with a focus on the public lobby and Media Center. In addition, the Public Safety Officer will act as security for select BRIC House events, including film screenings, gallery openings, concerts, and galas.
BRIC seeks a Manager, Events and Membership to manage BRIC’s strategy and implementation around events and membership, two key avenues of revenue for BRIC. The Manager, Events and Membership will report to the Senior Manager, Development.
BRIC seeks a Controller will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be involved in supporting presentations to the board finance and audit committee and will work closely with the senior leadership team. The Controller will lead all day-to-day finance operations of a budget of $17MM and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration.
