BALLROOM

The BRIC House Ballroom is our main performance space for theater, dance, music, and film.  Retractable seating also provides room for a seated gala or open floor party.

  • 3,600 square feet, 55’ x 66’ wall to wall
  • Flexible seating and staging configurations
  • 20’ x 36’ raised stage for typical staging (proscenium) setup
  • Capacity: 250 theater style seating/ 260 seated dinner/440 standing
  • Retractable raked seating
  • Sprung floor with masonite (marley floor available)

Event rate: starting at $3,700 (20% non-profit discount available) plus production and facility expenses.
