A Letter From Our President:

In this moment of profound reckoning for our country, I'm stunned by having witnessed so brazenly the ongoing consequences of whiteness being weaponized against Black bodies. I grieve for the Black lives taken from us: George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and many others. Join us for breakfast treats and a gallery talk led by George Malave, Meryl Meisler, and Larry Racioppo, photographers who chronicled Brooklyn from the late 1960s to the present day. 

This community program will take place in conjuncation with the Brooklyn Photographs exhibition, on view through October 29, 2017. 


Venue Information:

The 3,000 square-foot Gallery in BRIC House has soaring 18-foot ceilings that permit major exhibitions focusing on emerging and mid-career artists and curators.
