A hands-on workshop for families to work together on a creative art project. Inspired by the works in the Gallery at BRIC House, and made accessible with easy-to-follow instructions and the guidance of BRIC Teaching Artists, these projects celebrate the creative potential of collaboration across generations!
Learn how to make your own characters and stories come to life! Create animated stories as a family; using hand-made moving characters, settings, music, sound effects and your own voices to narrate.
Best for ages 7+. Space is limited.
BRIC House is Brooklyn’s cultural living room: a 40,000 square foot multi-disciplinary arts and media complex in the former Strand Theatre, where emerging and established artists can create work that deepens their practice and engages the diverse communities of the borough.
