For the Fall 2017 season, The Knights celebrate with Mendelssohn's jubilant Italian Symphony and special guest tenor Nicholas Phan in Britten's Les Illuminations! Everything Illuminated will be performed as an Evening Concert on Thursday, October 5, and as a Family Matinee on Sunday, October 1.

The Knights are a Grammy nominated Brooklyn-based orchestral collective, flexible in size and repertory, dedicated to transforming the concert experience. Led by brothers Colin and Eric Jacobsen and evolving from late night chamber music reading parties among a group of friends, The Knights engage listeners and defy boundaries with programs that showcase the players’ roots in the classical tradition and passion for musical discovery. The Knights are proud to bring their Home Season in Brooklyn to BRIC for the third year, partnering together to grow orchestral music in Brooklyn. The Knights are Artists in Residence at BRIC, rehearsing works that will be performed at BRIC and elsewhere while simultaneously engaging in outreach with the Brooklyn community.

General Admission: Seated

This residency at BRIC is part of The Knights' ongoing NYC residencies program, a three-year initiative funded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to help them connect even more closely with their native city.
