Invent - Create - Imagine

Join artist Angela Earley for an imaginative adventure in art-making inspired by Dulce Pinzon's series The True Story of the Superheroes that is a part of the current exhibition Status Report. Using inspirational and fun materials, visitors will make life-size silhouettes of themselves as superheros.

This free, drop-in event is appropriate for all ages.

Angela Earley is a professional artist and educator who works with BRIC Contemporary Art Education in Brooklyn public schools.

This is the first Family Day of art-making held at BRIC Rotunda Gallery in the 2009-10 exhibition season. Family Days will continue throughout the season in conjunction with each exhibition on view. Future Family Days include: September 26, November 21, February 13, April 17, and June 5.

Supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
